Road Trip!! (Logan, UT)

After a short week at JC's parents house in Ephraim, we headed for Idaho. On our way there we had planned to spend the day in Logan, UT where JC and I lived for almost 5 years while he was going to school at Utah State.
(Zachary before starting our small road trip-just for proof that at one point he WAS happy)

After only one stop for a diaper change, we arrived in Logan early that afternoon. We had planned to see a lot of people and take Zachary to the places where we had lived and to the USU campus. We didn't get to go to all the places we wanted or got to see all the people we wanted. We did however get to see the important people and that's what matters.
One of our stops JC wanted to make was to the Logan airport where he did all of his flight training. He got to talk to a couple of the other pilots for a while. Afterward we went out to the ramp where they keep the planes so JC could show Zachary the planes.

After the airport we made one last stop to visit the family of the little girl that I nannied for before we moved to Alaska. It was so good to see them and a great way to end our visit to Logan. We can't wait to get back to Logan the next time we are home and hopefully see everyone that we didn't get to see before.
We made one last stop for dinner and then headed home to Idaho. Zachary did pretty good until about 30 minutes out of Idaho Falls (where my parents live). He was pretty much done being in his car seat and wanted us to know. After a long day it was great to finally be at a stopping point!

After pulling into my parents driveway, we got Zachary out of his car seat and went inside. We were greeted by my cute little nephews, my sisters, and my parents. A little while later my older brother and his family came over too! It was so great to see everyone! After a good visit and lots of hugs, we all headed for bed.
