Visiting Utah

In May we were able to take Zachary home to the lower 48! We were so excited for JC's family to get to meet Zachary. Saturday after JC got home from work we finished up a few last minute things and then headed for the airport. We boarded the plane late Saturday evening. I was so nervous for Zachary but he did awesome! We kept him awake with a bottle while taking off, but other than that he slept the whole time. It was so relieving to both of us!

After an almost 5 hour flight we arrived in Salt Lake City, UT the next morning, where JC's family was waiting for us.

After gathering our luggage and loading in the car we headed for Ephraim (where JC's parent's live). We were SO tired on the drive home that I could barely keep my eyes open! We were so glad to be home though!!

The following week was filled with yummy homemade food, sleeping in, swimming, and time with Zachary's Grandpa Brad, Grandma Aubrey, Aunt Sara and Mary, Uncle Nathan, the trio of Zachary's cute cousins, and Sassy (the family dog). Thanks again for everything you guys!!
