Update on Elder Murray

JC and I went to Salt Lake last night to pick up my brother and his family who flew in from Philidelphia. We ended up having to stay in Salt Lake because the airline lost their luggage. Anyway, we got the luggage at 2 a.m. and we were on the road after another stop at the airport for the car seat that they ended up having sent up to Idaho Falls on a later flight.

We got home and met Mom and Dad (Dad had to have a surgical procedure to remove a kidney stone) and asked if they had heard from Blaine. They hadn't heard anything but there was a message on the answering machine saying that his flight in London had been delayed 4 hours. It ended up being delayed SEVEN hours!!! Needless to say he missed his connection in Chicago--when he finally made it there. My Dad asked JC and I to go to the airport to tell anyone that had shown up (that we weren't able to get a hold of) and tell them the news of the new arrival date.

We just got off the phone with Elder Murray (it is 10:15 P.M.) and he made is safely to Chicago but won't be in Idaho Falls until Friday around 4:30 pm.

We are all up late, coming down off of our excitement that we were going to see him tonight. Oh well, we'll be better rested tomorrow when we really do get to see him.
