Friday night Grandma and Aunt Jana came down and attended with us. We got the awesome privilage of hearing from Sister Sheri Dew. I think Mom put it perfectly when she said, "We could have listened to her all night". Afterwards Jill and I went back to the house to pick up Jamie and joined up with Grandma, Jana, and Mom at Perkins for dinner.
Saturday morning I got up early and went and picked up Jill (who was asked to be the nurse) and went back to the Civic Auditorium to stand in line. We were lucky to have Jill! She was able to save us REALLY great seats both days. (Thanks again Jill!) On Saturday Kenneth Cope was the musical part of the program. I love his music. We got to hear from some great women, and men who gave some great encouragement pertaining to different things we are all going through right now. Isn't it interesting how the spirit works like that (*wink**wink*).
Afterwards we went back to Mom's where she had prepared an awesome salmon dinner to celebrate Jill's birthday.
It's always so good to go back home to visit. Thanks again for the great weekend everyone!
