Poor JC ended up having to work the weekend but enjoyed having family here and the time he did get to spend with them. Hope everyone had a great Easter surrounded by loved ones!

Easter Dinner 2009
This year for Easter we had JC's family for dinner. The dining room in our new apartment was big enough to host everyone. I got to make my first Easter ham. It turned out pretty dang good, even if I do say so myself. Along with the ham, the menu included Mom's yummy potatoes, Mary's salad, steamed carrots & corn, and rolls. For dessert I made fixin's for strawberry shortcake or hot fudge sundaes.
