I love conference weekend! We usually go home and spend it with family but this year we stayed here in Logan. Saturday, between sessions, we went to the blessing of our new niece Rebecka. Saturday night JC, his Dad, and his little brother Nathan, attended Nathan's first Priesthood session. While they were gone, my mother-in-law and I ran around Logan trying to find lamp shades. With no success we returned home to the boys with dinner in hand. After dinner the guys played football on the Xbox.
Sunday morning we woke up and started off the day with apple jacks and the first session of conference. It was neat to hear President Eyring speak. He gave some great insight as he expressed his love and the love of the Savior. After conference we threw some beef on the grill. The air was bit nippy after the snow we got Saturday but the taste of a fire grilled burger was worth it. After lunch it was back to the Xbox for some more football competition. Finishing off the day we said goodbye to family and watched the last session of conference. Over all it was a great weekend!!
